Barbara Jenkinson - Director

Dr Barbara Jenkinson has served in Christian leadership and ministry for over 20 years and has a strong passion to see people grow in intimacy with Jesus and be raised up to walk into their full destiny and calling.

A passionate evangelist, worship leader and pioneer, she carries a strong prophetic and pastoral anointing. Prior to founding Light & Life she enjoyed a successful business career as a corporate strategist, and still occasionally teaches in Scottish universities.

Colin Jenkinson - Technical Director

Colin Jenkinson is an amazing husband, father and man of God. He runs the technical side of Light & Life (website, mail management systems, computers etc.) and has a heart to see the Kingdom of God manifested through love, signs, wonders and miracles.

Anne Watkins - Deputy Director

Anne Watkins is an amazing woman of God who carries the favour and authority of

Heaven. Together with her husband, Ron, they demonstrate one of the strongest healing

anointings in our nation. Anne is also a gifted prophet and teacher.

Eleanor Thomson - Deputy Director

Eleanor is married to Ian and has a son, Daniel who is currently at University in Edinburgh.

Both she and her husband Ian are evangelists and often lead Alpha groups within their home church and are also the Spiritual parents to the young adults there. Eleanor pioneered a young women's mentoring group called Destiny which she continues to lead. She has a strong Prophetic and revelatory gifting and her desire is to help people grow into all that God has for them. Now in full time ministry having previously worked within the Royal Bank she is delighted to be a part of all that God is doing through Light & Life.
